Detailed Dubai Tour Package

Day 1

Once you arrive at the Dubai Airport, you will be transferred to the hotel which is located in the city-centre. Check-in time will be around 1400 hours. In the evening you will be picked for Dhow Cruise at Marina with Dinner at an additional cost. Relax over dinner and admire the illuminated sights of Dubai Marina on this 2-hour cruise aboard an elegant ‘dhow’ — a traditional Arabian boat. Be welcomed onto the gorgeous wooden craft and savor a scrumptious buffet dinner on deck or in the panoramic cabin as you sail around the marina. Drink in the views of the surrounding skyscrapers and landmarks, all beautifully lit up against the night sky; and enjoy a dazzling ‘tanoura’ performance of whirling-dervish style dance as you eat, adding an extra touch of magic to the occasion. Day 2

Today, we take you for a half day city tour of Dubai giving you a glimpse of important landmarks and buildings of the emirate. You will be picked up from your hotel by a bus where an expert English speaking guide awaits you and welcomes you onboard. They first explain the geography of Dubai to you as the bus heads for its first stop, the Fahidi Fort. The fort has now been converted into a museum and during your stop there, you get to see some famous and well-preserved exhibits. Then you head to the Gold Souk that allows you to witness gold selling in the typical Dubai style. The old world charm encompassing the glistening gold shops is truly mesmerizing. You are free to make purchases here, but don't forget to bargain to get the best price. • In the evening you will be picked up for the most popular tourist attraction in Dubai, the Burj Khalifa has to its name, the title of being the tallest building in the world. It looks mammoth and almost unreachable when you gaze at it from below. So once you reach the observation deck on the 124th floor, it makes you feel nothing less than surreal. Allowing a panoramic view of the Dubai skyline, you can also watch a multi-media presentation on Dubai and the building as a part of your visit to the deck. Judging from the experience of most tourists. The city is adorned with lights glimmering with color, which is a sight that will be etched in your memory forever. Day 3

Enjoy a hearty breakfast.Later in the afternoon, you will be taken to our Desert Safari tour. Enjoy Red Dune Desert Safari in a 4X4 vehicle along with dune bashing, camel ride, sunset views, belly dancing, Tanura Dance, henna tattooing, sand boarding, Falcon photography, Quad biking (upon request with extra charges), unlimited refreshments, alcohol (on-request and surcharge) and a sumptuous BBQ Dinner You would be brought back to the hotel for an overnight stay

Day 4

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to enjoy the luxury of 5* hotel, you can choose any one park ( Motiongate/ Bollywood Park/ Legoland/ Legoland Water Park) upon check-in and keep the luggage at the hotel and enjoy rest of the day in Dubai Parks. Hotel provised shuttle to Dubai Parks at a regular interval

Day 5

This day marks the end of a fabulous vacation to Dubai. Rise to a charming morning in Dubai and indulge in a mouth-watering breakfast at your hotel , check out from your hotel (check-out time is 1200 hours) before you head to the airport for your flight back home.

Cancellation policy

Before 30 days prior to departure : 10% of the total cost
30 Days To 21 Days - 25% of the Total cost
20 Days to 13 Days - 50% of the total cost
12 Days or Less - 100 % of the Total Cost
Cancellation charges would vary during peak and high travel season
Bank transaction charges on credit card/net banking will not be refunded
This policy may vary during Black out dates, high occupancy dates, Dussehra / Diwali and New Year period and any long Weekends.
No refund will be provided for unutilized services provided in the package.

Terms And Conditions

The cost is based on a minimum 02 adults traveling together. Surcharges for single passengers opting for Single Occupancy room will be advised at the time of booking.
For computation purpose the Rate of Exchange is as per the current prevailing rate and thus make the prices dynamic.
The rates are not valid during exhibitions, conventions, special events, Trade Fairs and blackout dates. Surcharges shall apply and shall be determined at the time of booking.
Surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking.
The rates are subject to availability of services (hotel accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfers) at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.
Rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only.
International Check in time around 14:00 - 16:00 hours / Check out time is 10:00 - 12:00 hours, early check in and check out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges.
Seat in Coach - Airport transfers will operate from 07:00hrs- 22:00hrs. From 23:00hrs- 07:00hrs, private arrival/departure transfer shall be applicable with an additional supplement per services per person.
No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service
All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
Sightseeing tours are strictly based on weather conditions and local service providers have the right to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.
Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time.
As a practice all international hotels take a security deposit at the time of check-in. The amount is generally blocked on the clients credit card or they can pay cash to the hotel. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks.
